Refunds & Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Salty Shores Boutique. However, if your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

All full price and sale items can be returned for either a refund or store credit, so long as it meets our returns conditions (see below). 

The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

To avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired item we do not offer exchanges online. We recommend purchasing your desired item immediately and sending your original item back to us for a refund or store credit.

Conditions

  • Your return is initiated within 30 days of placing your order online or 14 days for in store purchases
  • Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
  • Item/s are in original condition (if a clothing item unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
  • Swimwear items require attached hygiene protector strip.
  • The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

Salty Shores Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

Submitting a Return

If you wish to organise a return or exchange simple email us with all the details at sales@salthshoresboutique.com.au

Once we've reviewed your email we will notify you of the next steps to complete the exchange or refund. Store Credits and Refunds are issued instantly on our end, but refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.
